Capacity of water is too small... replaced another model Waterpik with this one and volume of water was much more... also find that water gets behind removeable cup and makes a mess... leaks out on counter... never had this issue with pervious model... also water does not seem to be fully removed... always a small amount left in bottom of reservoir... this was supposed to have been a better model than I had previous to this... will probably purchase another of my previous model Cordless Pearl
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Returned immediately. Such a pain to use, even in the shower. Water reservoir gets used up way too quickly & way too under-powered...not a powerful jet water spray at all.

We're sorry that you were disappointed. There are three pressure settings on the Cordless Advanced 2.0. It has been given the ADA Seal of Acceptance and the pressure has been proven effective. This model is designed small as it is intended more for travel and/or for those that have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. If this is an inconvenience, we recommend a counter top model with a larger reservoir.
