With a small bathroom, I could not find a place for a Waterpik until my dentist said there was a portable model. It is expensive and difficult to hold to get the water to the proper angle. I won't have a final verdict until my next checkup.

I liked mine enough that when my husbands old non -waterpik was fading in power, he asked if I liked my waterpik. I said yes and I just ordered him a new one.
Easy hand hold. Comfortable . Better than other brands

Hello Mikeyman2 - We are happy that the unit is working well for you and making life easier! Your feedback is important to us and we will make sure to pass it on to our Product Design Team.
I loved the design and the cordless option. Problem: both of my products have issues. The design is great the concept is great— but it does not work.
The pressure is very low— it drops in pressure and starts and stops on one … the other waterpik I purchased—you can hear the motor but nothing happens.
I want to love this waterpik model —I am asking for help.

Hello MDavis - Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the issues you encountered. Our team has already contacted you to work out a solution. Thank you.
Not impressed with this. Often I still have to floss after using it. Also have to keep my mouth closed or else water runs down the unit. So I turn it on and off to do the entire mouth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello DianneB - We're sorry you are unimpressed. We found the best advice is to put the flosser in your mouth before you turn it on. Then, look down into the sink as you go and keep your mouth slightly open so the water can drain. Here's a link to our how-to video that might be helpful: https://youtu.be/l02dBOdOxtU
As a First time user of a Water pik. I find it awkward and not enough water to do the job, without refilling it, Maybe It will get easier as I practice. Also, not sure if the pressure is enought, but again, just learning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cleans very well, but I can't get it to recharge. I've tried different chargers (with the correct voltage, etc). and plugs. I'd like to continue to use it, but the battery is nearly dead.

It seems to me that the high setting on this cordless model is not as strong as the high settings on the sink top models. The reservoir could stand to be a couple of ounces larger
