I had purchased this device for use with dental implants only to discover that it doesn’t support the implant flossing tip. I’ve had to purchase a different water pick device to use the recommended tip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Gillies- We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate you sharing this feedback. Although the Implant Denture Tip is compatible with our cordless models, for the best possible experience we recommend using it with a countertop model instead. A countertop unit provides better pressure and angle control, which helps the tip work as intended.

We love the water flosser, but are annoyed that we have to charge it every couple of days. We returned the first one because it didn't hold a charge at all.
It would be nicer if this waterpik had more water pressure. I’ve used other brands of water flossers that have much better pressure for flossing purposes.
After a few uses turn on by its self and ran till battery died. It would not shut off any way we tried.
