This product was recommended by my hygienist. Regular floss wasn't reaching areas of implants, however I still use regular floss before the waterpik. The waterpik still removes any remaining particles. A little learning curve to it's use in the start. Careful of the on switch, kind of a hair trigger and if not held right will spray all over if you're not ready. Like pressure washing between your teeth. Plenty of power and good time between recharges. I like the brush tip as I can feel where I'm at. That tip is also recommended for my situation. Be ready and over a sink and using it becomes second nature. Really surprised at what my flossing was missing.

Not exactly portable. Does the job, I guess. I don't own a full sized version to compare but got this to help with my maintenance for my Invisalign liners. I have medium sized hands but find myself gripping around the controls -- so the settings change even though I'm just holding the unit. Also, the on-off is hard to find at the top when you have the jet ready to go. The charger is magnetic but the force is not that strong so it can fall off easily. Literature says longer charging intervals than I have experienced. Still, I think it does the job though not perfect by any means.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The tip will not stay in the unit when turned on. I tried every tip. Tip blows out as soon as the unit is powered on.
Why does the black knob surrounding the tip entry hole rotate?. Does it have a function?
I’ve soaked my shirt several times trying and retry every position on that knob and every tip that was included in the package.
