Tips blowing out

I have a problem with the tips. They will not stay in. I bought new tips. Put new tips in, they keep blowing out But otherwise not a bad product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Bill102- We're sorry this is happening. You can try running water down the hole where the tip inserts into. Then turn the unit on and continue running water for 10 seconds. Easy enough to travel with or use at home in the shower. Easy to operate. Be careful to set it on a flat, stable surface. I broke a tip shortly after receiving it by not doing so (it fell).

nice and portable water flosser. bought this for use on trips and it works great. good water capacity and light enough to hold/manipulate for positioning. not as good as my everyday counter top one but serves its purpose. i do wish there was an easier way to manipulate the on/off/strength while using it. the position of the buttons makes that hard to do without making a mess.

Overall I really like this rechargable Waterpik - I use it in the shower (less messy!) Have one complaint, the highest setting is pretty weak - so still have to use floss around my implants. Sigh!
