Cleans very well, but I can't get it to recharge. I've tried different chargers (with the correct voltage, etc). and plugs. I'd like to continue to use it, but the battery is nearly dead.

It seems to me that the high setting on this cordless model is not as strong as the high settings on the sink top models. The reservoir could stand to be a couple of ounces larger
My Dentist suggested I try using a water flosser. I chose the Water Pik WP-580 based on the name and the features of this unit. It is a different experience to keep my mouth open as I shoot water in, but I do see positive results. My gums appear to be less irritated and feel a bit tighter against my teeth. I will see the Dentist in a couple of months for a more quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness.
Disappointed in this water pick. It’s too big to fit properly in my mouth and doesn’t hold enough water.

We're sorry that you were disappointed. Here is a link to a quick how-to video that might help you with your technique. The unit is small as it is designed more for travel, those with little to no counter space, and/or to be used in the shower. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. https://youtu.be/l02dBOdOxtU
I like this water flosser a lot. It work very well and it's convenient that it's wireless. The only drawback is that the reservoir is small compared to wired models and I typically have to refill the flosser multiple times during a flossing session.
