Works ok, but not nearly as well as my old plug in model. It’s water capacity is enough for about 1/2 as long as the plug in model.

I purchased this for the first time and I noticed an almost immediate improvement in my oral health. The hard to reach places that dental floss was not reaching improved within a couple of weeks of daily use. My dentist recommended I use Listerine instead of water, so I have been doing that. I do rinse out the Waterpik regularly. No complaints!

We're sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. In an effort to achieve our environmental goals, our newer units will not include outlet plugs or "bricks." The charging cord is compatible with most standard wall plugs that many of us already have from other devices. However, we greatly appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to the rest of the team.
