Very small reservoir, allowing only about 10 or 15 seconds of use on the high setting. Very low pressure as well even on the high setting and it was fully charged.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello CLW26- Thanks for your feedback on the WP-580. We're sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations. The WP-580 is designed to be compact and portable for travel and small spaces, so some users may find they need to refill the reservoir during use. If a larger reservoir is preferred, one of our countertop models may be a better fit. While the pressure is lower than our countertop units, it is still designed to provide effective cleaning. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you'd like to learn more, please email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call 1-800-525-2774.

I selected the model you can use in the shower because I knew i would have issues with water spray. Ergonomically, it's a little hard to hold on to, especially when spraying inside of teeth. Pressure seems good. I like using the highest spray, but does make my teeth a little sensitive. I usually refill reservoir at least once. It will be interesting to see if I get improved pocket depth & tighter gums on next trip to dentist. Feel I will really like my Waterpik with a little more practice.

My first waterpik. So far so good. It is great for my travelling as well as for use at home. When I read the reviews before purchasing, I read that a negative aspect is that it might be needed to refill with water during use. I do need to refill but the procedure is so easy it is not worth thinking about.
