A great improvement would be that the straw that draws up the water would move and follow where the water pools up. Because it remains stationary, if you tilt the water pic it sucks air. :(

Hello Smilee- we're so sorry to hear that the pressure settings on the Cordless Advanced 2.0 did not meet your expectations. Our cordless models feature a limited pressure range of 45 PSI-75 PSI. If a unit with lower pressure would work best for you, our countertop models feature a wider pressure range of 10 PSI-100 PSI. Hi, and I appreciate the opportunity to give feedback. I’ve had the waterpic (my first) for about two weeks and have used it every day. I’m finding it awkward and quite messy. I’m getting a little bit better at it, but it just doesn’t feel like it’s accomplishing very much. Perhaps you can suggest some fine-tuning techniques? But overall, I thought I would be really impressed, but I’m still waiting for that moment to happen.

I am really enjoying my Waterpik. It's easy to handle given its smaller size, the battery seems to last a good while. The tank is small, but I wanted a waterpik I could travel with. The only suggestion is I wish there was one more higher pressure, but it's effectively ridding my teeth of all the food.

Nice, portable unit. Easy to pick up and use (low learning curve). Also a few color options to choose from which is a plus. The only nitpicking I have is it should come with a hard case for travel and also I had to recharge my unit just a couple of weeks of use.
