I do love that I can wear it all the time and it tracks my steps etc. However the material is very poor especially for the price.

The Ring also measures Blood oxygen, Cadence, Calories burned, Distance traveled, Duration of exercise, Duration of sleep stages, Hours slept, Respiration rate, Resting heart rate, and Skin temperature. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. I have sleep issues. So I am more interested in the Sleep section. A bit inaccurate at times, but still gives me some good data. I wear it almost all the time! Very comfortable and light. Easy to sleep with on.

The ring is accurate, light, and attractive. Sleep tracking is very important to me. While the Oura is also good, there is a mandatory membership, and it's heavy. The Samsung ring is a great buy.
