Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, March 3, 2025
Hello there Samsung Lover,
Thank you for finding the available time out of your lively day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Ring. We value your feedback as it allows us the opportunity to improve the functionality and design of our product line. The Samsung smart ring is a compact, wearable electronic device. It’s designed to fit comfortably on your finger and is equipped with various sensors to monitor health metrics such as heart rate, sleep patterns, and menstrual cycles. The Galaxy Rings can also track your daily activities, including steps taken and calories burned, similar to a fitness tracker or Galaxy smartwatch. It syncs with the Samsung Health app on your smartphone1, allowing you to view and analyze the information collected. The Galaxy Ring utilizes the AI technology to provide personalized insights and recommendations based on the data it collects. For example, you can discover how ready you are to tackle the day ahead with your Energy Score. Analyzing your sleep, heart rate, and previous activity, it will help you to decide if it’s time to lace up or rest up. If you wake up with low motivation, innovative Wellness Tips give you motivational messages and training advice based on your activity with your very own personal coach. With its discreet design and multi-day battery life, the Galaxy Ring offers an unobtrusive way to stay connected to your health and wellness goals. Choosing between a smartwatch or a smart ring comes down to personal preference and what you are looking for from your wearable tech. Both devices offer health and fitness tracking features, but they differ in their design and functionality. If you would like to share additional feedback with us or if you would like any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. Thank you for being a steadfast Samsung customer.

Better than the Oura Ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded my Oura Ring for the Samsung ring and I am so happy with my decision. It is so much more comfortable. I forget I have it on sometimes where the Oura Ring was so large.
I love how it works with the watch so if I don't have my watch on the ring takes over monitoring my health and sleep and vice versa. I have 24/7 tracking using the 2, even when charging.

Nice fit and accurate tracking of steps and vitals

Works very well. I like it becuase I no longer have to wear my watch 5 pro to sleep any longer since this ring records and tracks all the same vitals as my watch. Works together with the watch so there is no double recording of steps and/or other vitals when I am wearing both during the day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I traded in my Oura Gen 3 ring and I could not be happier. The ring is lighter, thinner, and more versatile. The battery life has been excellent even when I'm more active. Extremely happy and I get all the insights without paying for a subscription.
I would recommend this to a friend!
