One important benefit I got from Samsung Ring is sleep monitoring which resulted me to increase my sleep and now my energy score also increased from mid 70s to 90s.
Overall you will get Style, Elegance with health tracking benefits. So win-win situation.

I love love love it. I wear it 24/7 and take it off only to charge. Its part of my jewelry routine i cant do without. I almost considered it my engagement or wedding ring while still being unmarried haha hahaha Hahaha that's how close and addicted i am to my ring.

Didnt realize that a Galaxy watch turns off the ring. Assumption is watch is already moitoring, so ring only active when not wearing watch. Couldnt see a reason to pay for ring, so returned it.
