Helps to measure good sleeping habits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I had the ring I felt tired and I wondered why. So I decided to buy something that would help me see what was going wrong. After looking at different products It came down to the samsung ring or the aurora ring but since I had a samsung phone I picked the samsung ring and it was the best decision I could've have taken. The ring has helped me figure out my sleeping patterns and I've never felt better.

Still getting the hang of the finger movements, but using them to turn off alarm is so easy. Paired with my Galaxy Watch for health, sleep, and activity tracking makes a great combination.
