Is a solid device that allows me to track health data when not wearing my smartwatch and integrates seamlessly into Garmin Connect. Happy with the battery life that’s greater than 10 days and is not that noticeable on the wrist. Throughout the day, heart rate seems pretty accurate and is quick to respond to fluctuations, but have not used it when actually working out (wear smartwatch for that. Some improvements would be I would like the updated ELEVATE heart rate sensor to acquire EKGs as well as improve heart rate tracking accuracy; I would also like to see a smaller case since it is larger than its competitors. Overall, I think is a great option for those looking for a screenless health tracking wearable.

Garmin not there yet with this

It’s too thick and big. And after wearing it for weeks, most of the heart rate and sleep data are not showing as it stops tracking for hours and hours while sleeping.
Also it loses Bluetooth connection when you broadcast the heart rate so overall it’s very inaccurate and def not worth the price point.

I purchased the Cirqa primarily to use as a screen-less, safe device for basketball, as I cannot wear my Fenix in games.
Pros:
- I like the functionality of the button
- Seems to get accurate readings
- Easy to edit/update manually started workouts
- The band it came with is nice and I appreciate the metal loop
Cons:
- Value proposition. It just isnt there. A Helio strap is half the price and has better accessories.
- No GPS. At this price point the Cirqa should have single band GPS, and the band would be fairly priced if it did.
- Battery life is meh considering the size of the device and the lack of a screen/gps.
- The prices for additional Garmin bands are nonsensical
- No arm sleeve option like Amazfit has for the Helio
- Sometimes metrics like body battery don't perfectly sync between Cirqa and Fenix at times.
I had a Helio strap for several months prior to the Cirqa's release. Overall, I actually prefer the Helio strap. The Helio is a very simple, straight forward device that does what its supposed to do. I switched to the Cirqa because I was tired of manually entering my basketball workouts into Connect and I wanted to have one set of comprehensive metrics.
The Cirqa is fine, if you already have a Garmin device and you want to keep your data in one place it will help you achieve that. That being said, Garmin hasnt really pushed past the competition with the Cirqa; the two things keeping me from moving to Amazfit are their lack of third-party integrations (for running) and the fact that they don't offer a device with a MIP display.

Great for downsizing

I have several Garmin devices, to include a Tactix watch. I was looking for a way to still collect my metrics, and not carry around a giant hockey puck that kept distracting me, and let me wear normal watches again. This is that device! I love how it integrates with the Garmin ecosystem, without having to add yet another account, or pay a subscription fee, so I can continue to track my data.

Inaccurate, cheap looking, waste of money

I’ve been using this product for two months now, and I’m thoroughly dissatisfied with its accuracy. It misinterprets watching TV as sleeping and doesn’t accurately record sleep duration, missing out on important sleep time. Additionally, it registers traffic jams as walking, and its GPS accuracy is severely lacking, often deviating by over 25 meters. The step counting feature is also unreliable, as it counts steps even while sleeping. To add to the frustration, the app occasionally loses all data for an entire day.
On a personal note, I wear this smart device on one wrist while my mechanical watch is worn on the other. It looks like a bulky, cheap piece of plastic rather than a fashionable accessory designed to monitor health. Overall, I’ve decided to discard this product as a waste of money.

I wish I could see my position on the iPhone map while I'm doing exercise outdoors. It would be good if you could see all the information while you're exercising. It only gives you a couple of measurements.

The band is super comfy and light. The CIRQA seems to track things well.
