Exactly what I hoped for

I wanted the cozy crackle of a brightly burning fireplace. Touchstone sent us precisely what we asked for. Installation & setup were simple & easy. Instruction are clear & led to quick mastery. Now totally enjoying our new fireplace

This is our second Touchstone fireplace. We purchased this fireplace insert for our granddad because he is unable to to handle a real fire and loves the look of a fire. Install took 5 minutes including opening the box. Looks good in the fireplace. Granddad was very happy.
