First the product was delivered ahead of date which was awesome. The delivery company was in contact with me the entire journey. The guys who delivered were great they came in and placed where we asked. How ever I will suggest that there are a group of people able to lift and move it once you unpack it. It’s heavy and not a one person job unless you lift major weights. It looks great and has created a great focal point and topic of conversation. Greatful for the heat.

We just added a large patio and this fireplace fits and looks great! It did take 2 men to place and assemble but it was not difficult. We have used it twice already and it added a wonderful ambience to our setting. I do wish it had a ��cap�� for the chimney to keep rain from getting inside the fireplace.

Love this. Arrived perfect! Easy to put together, no tools required. Heavy, took 3 of us to lift onto base. Outside walls do not get hot. Top is metal, flat base of it warm, top of it gets hot. Very pleased.

The quality was very good and sturdy , external rocks dont get to hot to touch , as far as (clearances) remeber any information given are (disclaimers) ive had mine on a wood deck for about 6 years with no problems , converting the unit or extending the top thats up to you ( you bought it ) i converted the top part of the stack into a outdoor pizza oven , useing the fireplace to cook the pizza , approx 3-4 hours to modify
