I bought this a few months ago for my boyfriend who in his past has had two DUI's and now has an interlock in his car. I wanted him to be safe and to be able to pass every single time he had to start his car. The interlock won't start unless the person is .025 or less, and with this BAC he can blow .024 and pass. I am also a bartender and there are times I feel this is necessary for me, so I just bought one for myself. I might even buy for my mom and brothers. It is just definitely a good idea to be able to know when you're at that limit. I highly recommend this product for the quality and price.

Kept someone off the road that they thought they were fine and he lived about 4 miles away. And always fun to use for just novelty of seeing how drunk people are. Buy this and save a life

I bought this model to replace another BACTrac I had, which was a step up. I found that for me, I didn't use all the bells and whistles that the other model featured, so I got this one instead this time. I am not disappointed. As expected, it is easy to use and I rely on it every time I go out. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who is using it primarily for him/herself and doesn't need to track histories or anything like that.

Bought this a couple months back cause the last one I had didn't always reproduce the same results. This is very reproducible and because of how it reads I am better able to judge when I need to cut back on alcohol and when it is safe to have another drink. I think you would be doing yourself a disservice not purchasing this.
