Clicks/Static spark during calls

I hate this phone. Traded in my 8 for this and I'd like my 8 back. I spent a total of 6 hours at the ATT store in 2 visits. On the phone calls, I get a clicking/static noise in my ear about every 3 minutes no matter who I call- landline, iPhone or Galaxy. The 2nd time I went to the store we thought we had it figured out. Came home, clicking was faint and not often. Then after a couple days, went back to what it was doing before- every 3-5 minutes and noticeable. Camera is good, however in low light, pixelated and video is pixelated on Zooming in. So the camera wasn't as great as I was led to believe. ATT tech support was supposed to call me to see if click problem was fixed because we talked to them while in-store. They instead, texted me and said the ticket was closed. I wanted to talk to someone to tell them the problem continued. So I have no way of doing that now and I'm past the 14 days to return the phone now. NOT IMPRESSED and I waited over 5 years to get a new phone and I'd rather have my other one back. I'm paying for a phone I hate, this is not a good position to be in. I've been loyal to ATT for 25 years, this doesn't give me good feels about my phone or service.

A phone as a phone.

Switched from android. When I switched from android to mac, there really was a difference in speed, m2 is fast rendering, battery lasts 15-18 hours etc. As for the phone, it didn't evoke any emotions at all. Overall, a good phone, with good camera and display mobilespecs. But the price is appropriate. I do not really understand these crazy people who drool and praise and are willing to bow before an iPhone. Maybe I don't understand. In terms of functionality, 2 years behind android. In my opinion, the price is unequivocally overpriced.

Great Phone

I had a Samsung galaxy z3 flip phone before switching to iPhone 14 Pro. Samsung may have more modern design but Apple has the better quality devices. This phone performance beats that of my Samsung device. The hardware is better quality, takes good pictures, battery is better, and no issues with software. Samsung’s software updates can be buggy, that is part of the reason I switched back to iPhone. Apple support is top notch compared to Samsung as well. I have never had an issue with iPhone but every Samsung phone I have purchased definitely let me down big time. Apple phones are definitely a better quality phones than Samsung. I am definitely sticking with iPhones.

I love my 14 pro. I really like the dynamic island. I think Apple could’ve done a lot more with the dynamic island however. But it’s fast and a really great device.

Stale design. Overhyped.

No major noticeable changes. Stale design/features. One major complaint is that the camera notches are so protruding that the wireless charging feature is unable to make a solid connection to the wireless charger in my vehicle with or without the case. Phone also feels goofy when resting on surfaces. The massive camera edges make the phone feel unbalanced. REALLY hate the massive cameras and how far they protrude from the phone.
