I can't set up this phone. It is so frustrating. I have tried several times, but it always disconnects my wi-fi so the update is unable to install. Until that install is done, the transfer is not completed.

By far the easiest phone I’ve purchased EVER! I ordered it online, it came two days later. I placed it next to my old phone, they transferred themselves, I erased my old phone and mailed it back. And that was also easy! They provided the box, the label, even the tape to close the box. Saved myself so much time.
