I like the way I can decrease cooking time

Clock Didn't Keep Time

Clock Didn't work from Day One

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box the clock did not keep time. Did the troubleshooting recommended but to no avail. The microwave works great otherwise. We are getting another microwave to replace this one through Whirlpool. The customer service from Whirlpool is among the best that I have dealt with. Very responsive and easy to work with. Hoping the replacement does not have issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Interior light doesn’t show through black front so I can’t see the food while cooking.

Another win for Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Whirlpool microwave for about a month or so and it is much better than the one it replaced. I don’t know if it is more powerful as I no longer have the previous product info. The controls are intuitive and simply the easiest to cook efficiently.

However, it was on the cabinet above the oven and recently the heat from the oven caused the transparent covering on the display to warp the bottom portion making it difficult to read the display.
