good features,easy to use

The unit has a number of good features, instructions are clear,,, seems a littler more powerful than the one being replaced. Happy with it so far. Only concern: the last one(same brand) failed after 2 1/2 years of fairly light use. waiting tom see how this one performs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Microwave to replace an older Whirlpool unit that was installed in 2002 which failed.
The new unit works great but I would not recommend it for older folks like me as the function dials are barely visable. You could have provided a large print page with a a picture of the butons extra large.The older unit had nuch better ledgeable function buttons. I need a magnifying glass to even warm a cup of coffee. The picture could even be an option. The operation manual was so bad no one can read it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like the two-step button to open the door! It is frustrating, hard to push and not needed! Who would invent something so difficult to use? I am 83 and do not have the strength in my hands that I once had. Obviously, this was not a well thought out plan. I was not able to be with my husband when he purchased it and would not have had I been there!!!
