Looking forward for long service, cross fingers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave looks good and I believe it has good quality for longer life ahead.
I had to take 2 stars away since, my order says product cannot be returned or refunded, that scares me.
Other downside is, this microwave needed new built in trim kit since earlier one is not compatible which was again from another whirlpool model which lasted for 5 years

Newer features are better from last older model

Can’t reccommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Third whirlpool microwave in last year and a half. Replaced 1st one after year and 6 months due to defective heating device. Out of 1 year warranty. Replacement purchased had defective turntable and replaced under warranty. This third one working so far, I have Whirlpool refrigerators and wall oven but will no longer purchase whirlpool products or recommend them due to short lifespan and warranty. A microwave should last longer than one and a half years or should be replaced by manufacturer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Honest review for recent purchase of microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well, style is very nice, however it seems cheaply made. Tin sounding when door is closed, paint has blemishes on inside and door closes tightly but doesn't line up the stainless steel (plastic) trim. Unless door is lifted slightly by hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The control panel needs to allow the user to put in the exact cook time. We have never had a microwave where there are set times. A one through zero keypad would have made it so much more user friendly.
