How low are we setting the bar here?

I bought this Buzz Lightyear yesterday from Gamestop. It’s been less than 24 hours and I’m already starting to see some glaring flaws. For starters, right out of the box he has scratching on his Space Ranger emblem, and some more minor scratching on the front piece of his helmet. Another problem (rather big one at that) is the wing mechanism, it’s really inconsistent and finicky, so you have to tamper with the wings every 20 seconds while playing with him, and even when I press the button fully in sometimes one of the wings just refuses to split so I have to separate it by hand. Also there’s no power switch so if you want him to shut up you need a piece of plastic to go in the battery tab slot. Overall would recommend but be aware of these issues.
