Crystal clear and clean results!

Our new dishwasher is quiet, easy to use and does a great job with minimal effort on our part. While the dish placement prongs seem to allow slightly fewer` dishes to be loaded than our old dishwasher, we can certainly fit everything in and for two people we are able to run it only every other day. The best part is that all dishes, even plastic containers and lids on the top shelf, come out literally sparkling clean and 99% dry! Maybe a few drops of water occasionally left in indented areas of bottom-up mugs and bowls but that's much better than our old dishwasher. We love these better-than-expected results. Another feature we appreciate is the available grid type covers that can be snapped in place or left open over the silverware holder. This detail keeps silverware from being over-crowded and each piece gets fully cleaned and no residue remains. The price was right too. It's easy to recommend this quality dishwasher.
LOVE the light. That was the selling point. Lots of cycle options that I haven't really tried yet. But.... the 3rd rack gets stuck on the top spinner and if I set the middle rack to hightes level I couldn't put standard size tall glasses. There is an option to condence the 3rd rack to be open on one side. Cool right? Nope that definitely caught on the top spinner! Had to use tongs to move spinner to close it. If i put the middle rack on the lowest level, pans get in the way of the middle spinner. Finnaly we just took out the tops rack. So no 3rd rack now. It gets the dishes clean, bit there is a LARGE amount of condensation covering the entire washer after the wash. Dishes are dry, but not the washer. I called customer support (even did video chat so they could see the amount) and they said that was noramal. I'm super worried about smell, mildew, etc, so now the dishwasher is cracked open all the time. So it does get the dishes clean and has a great light! But needs some improvements.

Love this product, the interior lights are a stroke of genus! Good value. Sadly one of the 2 interior lights went out. Possible design flaw: the cap for rinse aid dispenser fell off & melted against the heating element. THAT was scary. Why isn't it just a turn to open instead? Sadly, it is best to open door after cleaning cycle is complete to assist with wet build up. Would definitely recommend-cleaning ability is superb
The layout of the second rack makes it extremely difficult to stack glassware safely
