We do understand your disappointment with the Mini PC and the inconvenience this may have caused if you started it with a memory failure from day one. If you purchased the model NUC15CRK Mini PC, it is typically sold as a barebone unit (meaning you have to supply your own RAM, storage/SSD, and operating system), while other retail packages come pre-installed with RAM, an NVMe SSD, and Windows 11 Pro/Home. Check if you purchased barebone system and the memory failure may be related to a missing RAM or memory.
