I bought the switch for my son and the first few games we played were luigis mansion 3, Mario odyssey and then Zelda awakening and breath of the wild. Then this game bc it was supposed to be comparable to Zelda. Zelda was by far the most fun I've had playing an rpg. Within 30min of playing this game I was so disappointed. The movement is awkward, the scenery is nice but nothing is interactive. The battles are brutal. You die without even so much as a movement from the enemy. Sorry but if you like this game then I'm guessing you haven't tried zelda yet. Oh and the sound of walking on pavement will drive you bonkers. Sounds like hoofs of a horse!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The game mechanics are different than xenoblade chronicles 2, but don't let that disheartened you (it did me for a little)! The game is great and dialogue is fun. Recommended!
