Tent Leaks

Worst tent ever! Cannot stop it from leaking. Tried 3 cans of scotch guard and bungies to support the fly, hoping to prevent puddling on the outer Flys. Tent still leaks, poor design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice, but complicated

I picked mine up 2nd hand, and it had not been pitched yet. I lost the instructions somewhere, but was able to figure it out despite 3 poles for the body, 2 for the rain fly, and 2 little ones for the door, and at least the dozen stake down points were easier to figure out. That said once together it is a very impressive looking tent. Held up well in the rain and hail. Next time I'm buying a tent I will spring for the Coleman Fast Pitch.

Not 100% but very nice. I need the canopy.

I need the canopy. It blew across the lake when the kids were helping me break it down. Very nice tent, roomy home away from home. Sure could use that canopy. The door pole pushed threw the rubber hinge but still works well. Can't use unless I get that canopy.

Seams and Corner Leaking

We have had this tent for just over three years. Super roomy for the two of us and our dog with gear. Tonight proved tent doesn’t last regarding the seams and canopy. In total we have only used this tent 7 times. Light rain where we stayed and corners of one side show leaking at seams with major dripping through top of canopy. A pool of water formed at the end of the tent, too, where the drops of rain were coming in at the seam. Quite disappointed this tent hasn’t lasted us more uses. Now in the hunt for another tent before next week when we have to camp again on our way home.

Do not buy this tent! Leaks like a sieve.

We used this tent only twice since we bought it. Last night we went camping. It rained and the tent was leaking so badly the inside became soaked. We had to pack everything up and go back home. Completely ruined our camping trip! Do not waste your money on this tent!

This tent is affordable and spacious.

We used this tent for the first time in November in Ohio and froze, even with a ceramic heater.. We realized after setting it up that the ventilation and rain fly system are for moderate and warm weather. We liked the space and the height. We had a question about some cover for the screen openings that would allow some heat retention? I would recommend it for warm weather camping.

This is the tent we purchased and had in the backyard for the boys to camp in... on 8/27/2020 we got a huge storm with 45-60 mph wind gusts. We weren’t able to get the tent down before hand. The tent came off the steaks and took a ride with the wind across our yard and to the neighbors. The tent was still together and had a cot in it. The only thing that tore was the rain shield..... it is still under warranty as we just got it in July...

This tent held up well for the 2 camping trips we have gone on since purchasing. It rained hard the second trip and we had no water getting inside. The lack of window along the back does make for a warmer experience but keeping the windows on the sides and the door open helps a lot. Unfortunately, the big pole for the door and one of the thicker structural poles have snapped and finding replacement poles is proving to be difficult.
