i got this to replace my samsung frontier watch. i love the quality the only thing i wish this had out the box was the new features that they are still waiting for pproval to release.

Finally a leather band

i am really loving my new samsung watch. all of the older models weren't very refined. this one has a genuine leather band and is much kinder on my skin. they fixed a bunch of things i did not like on older models. i had the galaxy watch active 2 before this.

so disappointed how the battery life is shorter with new watch3. it is really an issue samsung needs to address based on premium price. i would not recommend upgrading to this version (watch 3) if people are concerned with battery life. my previous watch version go much better battery life. i can't even get a day with watch 3. disappointed, loyal customer.
and i do have the 46mm gw.

did i mention apps? no need. there are not any new or interesting ones with watch 3. also disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the design is flawless and the rotating bezel is infinitely better then the touch one on the active 2. i am used to the subpar battery life when compared to let's say a versa 2, so i don't really fault it much because the tech and os is muchhhh better then fitbit. i can't excuse away the slow charging however. it is brutally slow and for this amount of money it is inexcusable.

i regret upgrading from the galaxy watch as there is nothing worth the expense for this watch. the extra stuff they mentioned like the workout, sleep, etc., not that great. the other watch i had was better in doing my every hour stretch reminder this one is weird, it's a hit or miss. the few things i love about this watch are the lightness and also the look on the screen. bigger and aesthetically more pleasing. battery is fine as well, get two days or so. i don't think it is worth it and when i trade in i realized i should have kept my watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this watch is almost the same than the one before, no noticeable innovation was made, if your like the watch better buy the oldest one

Exactly what i was waiting for

i owned galaxy watch and i loved it except it was little too heavy. also, i do not like fitness type watches, so i was literally waiting for watch3. super light, works well with bixby, samsung pay, and a lot of customization you can do. i always wear watch to track my sleep, and it didnt bother me at all. at last, watch trade-in was really good promotion!
