J'ai retourné la montre; elle n'apporte aucun plus aux informations que j'ai sur mon cellulaire. Elle fonctionne très bien, belle apparence et un look moderne.

Regret buying it

I upgraded from older version G3 to this Watch3 but it is not any better. With G3 I was recharging it every 2.5 days and with exactly same amount of apps running on the new one, the battery lasts only 10-12 hours. The BestBuy.ca wouldn't even want to listen. I'm stuck with it. Will go for Apple products in the future.

I've been a Samsung fan since the gear 2 came out. I upgraded to Galaxy watch then bought this Samsung watch 3 when I saw the spec of this beautiful hardware. But when I got the watch I was disappointed as all the feature that I wanted wasn't even working. Samsung why sell a product that incomplete. I'm .... Disappointed!!!

The Galaxy Watch 3 looks and works great (45mm Black, non LTE version). Paired to a Samsung S20+ so it functions great with the Galaxy Wearable App. Lots of features to Set Up when you start, along with your own customization. I suggest to review the full Manual on-line, it really helped me get a grasp on all the Features (there's a lot of great ones that I didn't even know existed before I read the Manual). It Sync'd with my Phone's Calendar and E-mail seamlessly. Phone & Text features good. The Bezel is outstanding and makes navigation around the Watch easy. As I consider the Watch a complement piece to my Phone I think the Apps available are fine; I limit the number of Notifications on the Watch itself to my more pertinent ones. Battery Life: "I don't use Screen Always On, or have the GPS & WiFi Always On (seldom need to as I'm close to Phone). That said, I can get nearly 2 1/2 days Battery Life. A 1.5-2 hour walk daily with GPS On -knocks that down to 2 days." I'm really impressed with the Samsung Health App, I was a little leery coming over from a Fit Bit Versa but the Workout Data available actually exceeds Fit Bit. Yes, there are 3 Health features not yet available in Canada, but its not a deal breaker for me. The US just got 2 of them and I assume they will come to Canada soon. No regrets here at all. To the naysayers, its a Watch, you can't expect it to mirror all the features and functionality of a phone. 5 Stars.

Beautiful but not so smart

I was excited to buy this watch, but having had it for two weeks I am disappointed by its functionality. The watch looks gorgeous, which is a huge plus for me personally. I have an IPhone so I was glad to hear that the watch is compatible with IOS, because I think the Apple Watch looks very kiddish in comparison compared to the GW3 which looks like a classy real watch. Nonetheless, the GW3 falls way behind in terms of functionality.
The ECG, Oxygen (Sp)O2 and stress monitors all don't function in Canada because they have not received approval by Health Canada, while the Apple Watch has received approval for all these features (Samsung has FDA approval for these features in USA, South Korea and other countries). This means, in terms of Health tracking the only feature I could use is the Heart Rate monitor, which I have read that it's not that accurate (didn't test it myself).
The BIGGEST disappointment really is the lack of the apps available on the Tizen software. Samsung advertise thousands of apps and watch-faces, but really it's a bunch of low-quality poorly-developed apps and thousands of watch-faces. When I buy a "smart" watch, I expect to have more apps that provide beneficial functionality, because I am not interested in changing watch faces everyday.
There are only 10 apps developed by Samsung themselves (Water intake tracker, Calorie tracker, sleep tracker, workout tracker, stop watch, timer, reminders, weather, Spotify), while the caffeine-intake tracker (which I liked and used to track how many cigs I smoke per day lol) was removed when I updated the software. One would expect more app selection as the product matures, not less! On the positive side, the sleep tracker is accurate and very beneficial, same goes for the workout apps (a ton of workouts to select from). Spotify is a nice to have because the 8 GB allows me to download my workout playlist and leave phone at home, but one disappointment is that I cannot listen to Podcasts on the Spotify app, just music.
Finally, battery life is not as advertised. If you have the watch face set to always-on (as opposed to the watch face lighting up when you raise your wrist only) with wifi always connected (as opposed to auto-connect when needed only) then you can get through one day with a full charge. Without these two features, I could go a day and a half with a full charge. Considering that I would like to use the sleep tracker and that the watch takes almost 2 hours to fully charge, that's not so great (still better than the apple watch though).
I hope this helps you make an informed decision about whether or not you should buy it.

Disappointed... Not worth the price tag!

I got the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 44mm Mystic Black as a gift. I have been using this for almost 4 weeks now. I have been watching Youtube videos to see some features of this watch and not too many features. The few good things about this watch are that this is lightweight and looks really good.
I am not an Apple fan but I just happened to get my hands on Apple Watch and the features it has are far better than this watch. And that justifies the price tag. This does not. I cannot return this as its a gift but to someone thinking to buy, I would recommend waiting.

Health features not available yet

Nice watch but many of the health features are not yet available in Canada. Information about when they'll be available is hard or impossible to find. Samsung discloses that features are unavailable in their fine print so read it carefully. Hope they turn on the features soon, otherwise it's highly overpriced for what you'll get.
