Great watch!

this thing feels and looks good on your wrist. battery life is good as well. i know a lot of people have been complaining about how the charger is not great but honestly it works great for me and i couldnt ask for more. setup was easy and the watch is user friendly. i would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a premium smart watch!!!

Love the Design/Bixby a Let Down

as with all my samsung mobile products i love the look and build quality of this watch. i am very glad that the rotating bezel is back. bixby is really a disappointment. i bought the watch for the convenience of making calls and texting without my phone and bixby does not recognize half of my contacts when i speak them. bixby is slow starting and slow in responding. i don't use bixby on my phone but hoped it might be a better experience on this watch. a number of times the watch opens apps or widgets without me touching the watch face. other conveniences like notifications work well. i am hopeful that future updates improve bixby.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i'm sure people are having network issues if they are not with t-mobile. this watch is really awesome, features jam packed, and pairs well with my galaxy buds+.

i really enjoy this watch . ive been waiting for another galaxy watch to come out and bring back the rotating bezel for a while. now that its back i feel right at home. the screen brightness and colors is great, the battery life for me last about two days. tons of storage for a watch. the speaker for phone calls is much better i also love the ticking sounds for some of the stock watch faces. its just the watch did not come fresh out the box well polished. i recently had to restart my watch because bixby was not working. the watch two locks up and lag from time to time when i try to change to a new watch face. aside from that i still really enjoy this watch i just hope it get s updates to fix these minor and weird problems

i have t-mobile, connected over phone.
no network issues.
i have the frontier. i control amzn music from watch, not app tho.
battery life is incredible. screen incredible.
i downloaded the mail app, samsung internet app, calculator app, camera control app, alarm, and even powerpoint remote app, all from samsung, not a third party that slow down the watch.
charge it on any wireless charger (or your note 20).
and the dang thing is beautiful!
i honestly don't know what ppl were expecting.
i can't wait till the software update for the ecg & bp.
i wasn't going to write a review, but i saw the bad reviews bc of snowflakes or bc of carrier issues which does this watch no justice, so i decided to put in my 2 cents.
go check it out yourself.

Bad Bluetooth Connection with Earbuds

bought the lte version. the bluetooth connection from the watch to the earbuds were so bad the music constantly kept skipping and stuttering . phone calls using the phone with the ear buds were so bad i had hard time hearing the other party and he did too. messages are delayed when they arrive to the watch compared when they arrive on the phone. this defeat the purpose of having the smart watch altogether. unless you plan to listen to music from the tiny built in speaker and make phone calls holding your rest to your face, this thing is useless. it has nice built quality and material; however, with these fatal design errors, i would not recommend it . also no support for google map, amazon music, youtube music, and limited to samsung apps. certainly not worth the money
