Black Leather band

i have issue with the comfort level of leather bands, it is not comforting and it feel stiff on the wrist. when i wear lose then the watch hang on the wrist. if i wear tight enough then my wrist goes numb. i never had that problem with the watch s3, i wore that watch for more than a years and every single day, it was way comfortable than the watch3.
the watch3 itself is pretty much the same as watch s3, it doesn't feel changed or new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

App that accompanies the watch is awful

the watch itself is just ok. tge battery life is not good, doesn't last three days even. but the biggest issue is the god awful samdung health app. it continually crashes. not only does it crash, it takes steps away from you. it crashed so much, i deleted and reinstalled to see if it would work better. when i signed back in, it took 5000 steps from me from the day before. so i did 35,500 steps, but it said i only did 30,000. it may sound petty, but that's an hour of walking. the app is atrocious bad.

the battery life is very disappointing on the galaxy watch 3. my other galaxy watch last three days with no issue. very disappointed in the new galaxy watch 3.

Apps Losing Critical Features

ive had a few samsung watches (5 between my wife and i) and always liked them. the worst part about them was that there wasnt a lot of 3rd party apps but it didnt really matter because samsung made plenty of apps that covered the necessary functions and they worked well. ithe problem is that they have begun removing features from some of their apps. for example. samsung health most recently lost the weight management feature. this would show you your calories eaten vs calories burned and your target calorie deficit to lose weight. i used this feature to lose 75 lbs and with samsung removing features like this i need to decide if i want to stick with the ecosystem as a whole.

Poor Battery Life

i upgraded from the watch 1 to get the advertised better ("multiple day") battery life and to get the latest features. i never get more than 24 hours of battery. how are you supposed to track sleep if you have to charge it every night? it took the 7th carrier agent, over several days, to get this activated to lte. i had to changed the band right away (leather for a waterproof watch?). had to spend more money to getting a charging stand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
