What A Serious Dissapointment

i just received my samsung watch and within 30 minutes i am going to return it.
if you live in north america, samsung will force you to use samsung messenger which is far inferior to google messenger and there's no way to change it.
the worst part? the rest of the world gets google messenger by default on this very same watch. it's not like it can't work on the watch, they deliberately block you from using it. what... did i mistakenly buy an apple product? unbelievable.
the watch is being returned. it's a shame too because hardware wise it's a nice watch but i'll be spending my money elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the ecg app

I've had my watch for a few months now and i recently alerted me to an issue i was having with my heartbeat being way to fast which prompted me to call 911, thank you

1st Smart Watch and Love It

i've never owned a smart watch before until now and i must say i am deeply enjoying it. all the features and support that can be downloaded make it worth the money to me. makes it so convenient to have around so i don't have to pull out my phone all the time. all the health apps and gps make it especially worth the money to keep track of excursive and outdoor activates.

Amazing watch

coming from an almost 3-year-old smartwatch on a completely different operating system, this watch is incredible. setup was a breeze (except for activating it, but that's my carrier's fault), especially since i was already using the galaxy wearable app with my buds+. speaking of those, they sync with the watch, letting me leave my phone at home. my only gripes with it are that activating it was a mess (once again, my carrier's fault), it didn't come with a band (the band is coming next week), and when charging it, it sometimes turns to an orientation that i didn't want it at.

i am not digital or computer savvy and i must say that this watch is a perfect match for my analog brain. it's a lot of fun scrolling through what this watch can do. i would have given it 5 stars but i'm still learning. the watch screen is something to behold- bright with vivid colors. i traded in my old samsung s3 frontier and glad i did. big difference. there are many video instructional tools available that can facilitate the learning.

he loves it very much...we have had it for a few days now but it was shipped to us without the watch band. band was suppose to be here monday, but received email saturday that the band will be delayed again with no expected date. hence giving it only 4 stars. he is so excited to be able to wear it and now it sits in the box.
