[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had every Samsung watch so far that has come out as far back as the Gear and I've enjoyed each one. This version is of course my favorite the functionality, versatility, and over all fit and finish is awesome. Being able to take your Spotify playlist on the go without having to download the songs thanks to the cellular option is amazing. This watch is truly as close as you can get to replacing your phone if you need to, if you leave your phone at home with this watch you don't have to panic. Great watch amazing product.

my first smart watch. purchased b/c of stand alone capability on july 5th. problems: battery doesn't last more than 8hrs, text messages delayed or missing, & watch overheating to the point of shutting down automatically. sent watch to samsung for repairs. samsung replaced the modem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
