This thing is an absolute mess. It will get full and stop sucking when it reaches 50% of the tank capacity. When you try to take the tank out to drain the dirty water, it will start spilling it everywhere even when everything is closed. The suction of the vacuum is so bad, I would rather use bunch of tissues to clean the mess. I literally had enough of it today and just tossed it in the garbage.

Waste of money

I bought it year ago and didn’t get to use it until my son started walking. The main issue with it is whenever we take out the waste water tank, it will drip and sometimes pour out big gulp of water from the bottom suction mouth. Also, if the waste water tank gets 45% full, it will stop the suction completely. It barely has any power as well.
Put more money and buy something that actually work.

Dirty tank shouldn’t be hard to clean

When you try to clean the dirty tank the drain is not at the bottom so there’s an inch of dirty water left inside.

Grâce à cet appareil, j'ai pu enlever presque entièrement une tache, d'origine inconnue, qui avait séché sur une chaise en tissu. Après séchage, la tache était presque invisible; il faut chercher pour la voir!

I find the hose is way to short. You have to set the machine in the chair to reach the top of the chair.
I find the water sprays to fast. No time to give the spot a good scrubbing with the brush.
disappointed.
