[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked great on upholstery in autos and couch. Didn't pick up stains in carpet well. I may need to pretreat them first. Has good spray and suction. Machine was easy to transport and clean up.

No heat. Definitely not even warm.

The product does not heat the water at all. I do not know why they call it ProHeat. I am disappointed, because I could have bought buy any cleaner and this one has a misleading name. I filled it with room temp tap water and it is spraying perfectly cold water. I would not recommend this to anyone else.

You're right! This machine uses our HeatWave technology which helps to maintain the temperature of the water in the clean tank, it does not have a heater. We recommend using hot but not boiling or microwaved water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a tough carpet stain that was dried and crusty for a couple days. I soaked the area with the provided solution for 15 minutes and went TWICE with the vacuum. The stain is still visible on the carpet but disgusting water did pour out! When it's wet, it looks completely gone but I may have to soak & clean one more time before the stain is completely removed. I got the proheat because it was said to heat the water (more effective) but the instructions also told me to put in warm water (???).

Waste of money

Might as well get a carpet cleaner.. all this is is a vacuum with a scrub head. The water just acts as a filter it doesnt wash anything. So basically ur just spraying a cleaner and vacuuming it up... can do that with my regular vacuum
