This unit does keep the water warm and the cleaning solution that isincluded works well, dries fast, and streak free. My 15 yr old sofa looks new again, removing the old water stains. The carpets are cleaner, but stubborn stains may require a 2nd more intense treatment. The machine is easy to use, easy to take apart and clean, and put together again. I am a huge fan of how compact the unit is, making storage easy. I wish it was a full bottle of cleaning solution included, as it works well!
