I could not believe how much dirt it removed even though I vacuum my furniture on a regular bases. I wish the cord was longer. There is no one to service this machine in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Our last one stopped working and we had no-one to service this machine. The pump went and we could not get it. Hopefully they will be able to put in a pump which can be easily taken out and replaced. . T

We purchased this little gem knowing that it would last for years to come. We have two dogs that occasionally have some accidents. This makes clean ups fast, effective and easy.
