Terrible model

I have had 2 older Little Green machines (older models) which I absolutely LOVED and used almost everyday. My daughter bought me this "new" model Bissell little green pro heat machine as a gift. After using it twice, the non flexible hose ripped and the machine was useless. The "pro heat" is a gimmick and doesn't heat up at all. The suction is very slow and not strong enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After many years of service, my old unit failed. I was pleased with the design changes and, as always, the performance! I like how the old model's attachments, some life left in them still, click right onto the new model. I have Bissell products in service all over our house. I'm really happy that I can order directly from Bissell.

This is one of those products that takes you longer to put together than to use it. The directions are frustrating. The parts that you are supposed to snap here and there are difficult to identify and there are different parts listed on the box and in the manual. Most irritating is the part that says "wrap the flex hose around the unit and snap hose grip into bracket." The flex hose is not long enough to do this!! I would never have bought this if I had know how irritating it was. I haven't even tried it yet and I am so frustrated. I should have stuck to a sponge and bucket to clean up messes.

I had to return after only using for an hour, the unit stopped sucking up water, got VERY loud and jolted a bit after finally water came blowing out the bottom of the unit leaving a huge mess. The quality just isn't there. I own a Bissell Crosswave and love it, unfortunately Bissell didn't nail this product. I will however be buying the Bissell SpotClean Professional, I've heard nothing but great reviews about that machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is lightweight and easy to lift. The stair attachment was great. The only negative I could state was that the suction for water pickup was not as great as I would have liked.
