Works ok. Attachments do not stay secure to the attachment holder (the ones not in use, not the one in use) attachment holder for those that are not in use is pretty flimsy. Bought it because the "proheat" nomenclature made it seem like it had a heating element, but it does not. Per the instructions on the oxyboost additive solution, you'll have to buy that to add to the regular cleaning solution if you want to get any stains out. Works well enough for what it is though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Ivan - you're right, this model used our HeatWave Technology which helps to maintain the temperature of the water in the clean tank with warm exhaust air. You should definitely be able to take stains out with the include formula but our OXYboost works well too!

Perfect for using in my studio condo. Heats up quickly and is very easy to use. I would recommend it for light to medium cleaning and regular maintenance. If you have deeply soiled floors, you may want something more heavy duty. I like that it is lightweight, stands upright by itself and comes with its own stand for storage. The water container is easy to detach, fill, and reattach. Took off one star because sometimes the handle pulls off from the base when using. Otherwise, great little machine that works well and take up very little space.

This machine worked great on cleaning the inside of my Honda CRV, front and back seat, I only wished I would have taken before and after pictures to show how well it worked, Had some stains in the seats, now their almost like new. love it. This thing take deep down cleaning to the extreme.

Mannn I have a 2006 mustang I barley baught it from a woman on face book the seats were gross and this machine transformed them I tell you. BUY IT that's all I gotta say:)

Over the course of half a dozen uses, I find myself frustrated EVERY TIME trying to use this thing. It doesn't actually clean or suction anything you're trying to clean up. I've tried on dog messes and child-spilled messes on rugs and carpet. I thought this would be great for those small spots, but I am sorely disappointed and find that I wasted money on something I can no longer return. Back to the closet where it'll get dusty again before I find a moment where I desperately need a carpet cleaner, only to try again and find instead I'm ready once again to throw it against a wall while the stain, dirt, spilled juice, dog pee sinks into my carpet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For some small carpet or chair cleaning duties, this small little Bissel beats having to drag out my larger Bissel Carpet Cleaner. It was very simple to set up fill with hot water and cleaning soap, also all the needed tools to attach to hose for cleaning are included, and it was quick to use for my cleaning needs. It is very easy to clean after being used you empty the discharge container and wash it out install the hose cleaning attachment and cleanout the hose.
