We used it when one of 3 dogs threw up on the carpet. It took car of the problem very fast, and the clean up was very fast. This is our 2nd little green machine. The other one was over 10 plus years old. Super great little Green Machine.

I used my little green pro heat machine on my hallway steps. When I was coming downstairs from using my bissel crosswave I hit it on the corner and lost all of my dirty water on the stairs and over the floor. I couldn't stand the dirty/ black stain that was left on the stairs from the water. So I did the research on the green machine and decided to buy it cause I loved my crosswave. When it finally came in and tried it I was just impressed that the stain came right out. I have been already looking for my parts (filter, brush) if I need them so I'm never without my bissel.

Owned less than 2 years and stopped spraying water

Used basically for cat vomit. Used ONLY distilled water in machine because another model limed up and stopped working. Took great care of it, washing well after use. No longer sprays or sucks up water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No heating element despite what the name suggest. Per their own product labeling, you have to but the oxygen boost solution to add to the regular cleaning solution or it won't clean areas.
