The Pro Heat feature is great and keeps the water very warm. This machine is super simple to clean and store. Pros: Lightweight, Powerful Suction, Fast to Set Up, and Easy to Clean. Cons: none

Broke in less than a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean my puppy accidents. I used it a handful of times and today I notice the hose broke for no reason, in less than a year. It has a very small reservoir and a dirt water dispenser. It says the spot will not come back, but it a hit or miss, there was few spots that came back on my carpet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bussel was a gift for my daughter who has a young dog. As soon as she opened it she put it to use on a white area rug that the dog had thrown up on a week earlier. There were still traces of a stain. The Bissell cleaned the area and made it look good as new! Now she has to clean the rest of the area rug.

Great Product for Set-In Stains

I purchased this product to use on set-in stains like coffee and cat pee. I also purchased the Pro Spot Stain, Pet Oxy Boost, and Pre-Treatment solutions to go with the purchase. The coffee came out in one pass. For the cat pee, I used all three solutions on the carpeting and the stain came out in two full uses of the carpet cleaner. I was amazed at the difference! This product really works. It was also easy to disassemble and clean after each use. See my attached photo for reference on the cat pee before and after.
