Terrible product. Can't even use it properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can't even use this carpet cleaner with the recommended amount of cleaning solution or else it makes too much foam which will in turn get sucked up, then build up tall enough in the waste collection for the pee foam to get sucked out through the exhaust and onto the carpet again. If you don't want this to happen you must use only water which defeats the whole purpose. Terrible design. Bissell needs to hire real engineers when making products bc this is some middle school science fair grade technology.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn't really do the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this to help clean my carpet but it just spread the stain around and made it worse. I'm assuming that there are parts I can buy to help increase the cleaning strength, but they're far too expensive, so this thing is just dead weight for me now.
