its great easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best cleaners for cleaning up spots or pet accidents it has nice attachments the tanks are easily removed and your able to clean them out easily I also had a cordless spot cleaner the battery died so I got this machine I'm glad i did works great

Waste of money and time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a year or so ago specifically for stairs. My daughter used it right when we got it and said it didn't work well and I could tell by looking at the stair steps that it didn't work well. I didn't have time to deal with it then as I bought it because it looked easy. I got it out for 2nd time a year later and it does not pick up water. Then it started smoking and could smell electrical burning. Big waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to clean the kitchen rugs and my car upholstery. Cord too short and not flexible so I have to turn the device so back faces me where cord is attached. Because of that you hear the loud vacuum sound directly in your face and directed at you. It is a bit loud. Also since a quarter so short and flexible it tipped over in my car and spilled the dirty water all over. Because they contain itself isn't tip proof from spilling. Cardoso doesn't wrap around like it should for storage like the photos. When removing the dirty container it's a challenge to safely dump without spilling all over. It's difficult for them to dry out because where you remove the water has Divet so the water doesn't fully leave the container . It definitely cleaned what I needed but it was a pain in the butt. All these problems it's obvious they care about how it looked and if it cleaned but didn't test it in live applications to see that the usability of it is awful. It's really not user-friendly at all. It's frustrating but it gets the job done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does not heat the water

Yes, the SpotClean Pro has HeatWave Technology designed to help maintain the water temperature while cleaning. YOu do have to add warm water and formula to the machine before use. We've found the cleaning formula makes more difference in the results than the water temperature.
