[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this going by the advertisement "proheat" thinking it heats up the water for the pricetag this comes with. Def not worth that..it does not heat the water at all. You add hot water..I would have done that anyway.

The Little Green ProHeat has HeatWave Technology. If you put warm water in your machine, this provides a constant source of heat to help maintain water temperature throughout the cleaning process. We recommend filling the clean tank with hot (140°F/60°C MAX) tap water. Hope this helps!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for the first time since purchasing. It is very easy to assemble and use. It was very effective for spot cleaning my carpet. My dog was also impressed by its magical properties of making her mistakes disappear.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two small dogs under 20 pounds. This product can barely clean up after my 6 pound dog. It broke in under a month, it is in an inferior product, that was poorly designed. Try again and do better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and clean. So far, I've only used it to clean my couch but I was happy with the results. I plan to use it on some small area rugs as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advertised as a "heat pro" portable carpet cleaner which I understood as it heats the water but no you have to add hot water of which I would have done anyway so there really is no "heat pro" part of this particular model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Bissell, so much more quieter. Best part the accessories from my old Bissell Little Turbo Green fit on the new one.
