[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have no pets, but bought one to use in my senior mom's apartment for spot cleaning. It's been put to good use. I love how lightweight it is and perfect size foe an apartment. It's easy to fill and empty the containers. But most of all, it has such powerful suction, cleaning is easy and the rug dries so quickly.

It worked very well and would purchase again. The only con was the hose is too short that's why I took off one star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one of these machines that I purchased. The hoses on both of them split and made the machine unusable. After the first one broke, I wrote to the company and they sent me out a new one. But, this one also had the same issues as the first one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry to hear this, Mac. You can extend the life of your hose by suctioning warm water through the hose to clean it out before storing the machine, or use a HydroRinse tool to rinse out formula, dirt, pet hair and lingering odor. Also, rinse all tanks and tools and let them air dry after every use. Your hose can be replaced at a BISSELL Authorized Service Center. It was very easy to use and worked as well as was expected. Very easy to clean after use. Another great Bissell product.
