[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid product that is easy to move, clean, and setup. It has great suction power and has a size-able tank to hold dirty water. I didn't give it a 5 stars only because it seems to struggle with select pet stains and getting all of the solution completely out.

Very little action in the suction side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seemed like a nice product after the reading the reviews it was top rated. No better than a bowl with water and scrub brush because there is very little suction in the vacuum of this. Very disappointed. Although the reviews were rated higher it simply did not work for my small area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needed a replace hose and they sent me a Whole new machine

Have a puppy and on occasion have an oops pee stain. The Little Green carpet cleaner does the job. Both units aren't cheap BUT are a great quality. I would buy again...Bissell makes the best carpet cleaners when you own pets...
