Hose Rips Easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the little green for about 6 months. It works great for what I need it to do. However, the way that the hose wraps around and attaches when storing, it causes the hose to rip easily. It snaps on the back at a very tight angle putting stress on the hose. The hose isn't apart of the warranty so Bissell won't do anything!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Marissa. The hose is covered under the warranty. Please reach out to us direct at support.bissell.com so we can help with your Little Green! You can extend the life of your hose by suctioning warm water through the hose to clean it out before storing the machine to rinse out formula, dirt, pet hair and lingering odor. Also, rinse all tanks and tools and let them air dry after every use.

It doesn't heat the water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fooled me. It's called Proheat so I assumed the water would be heated. It's not. So it doesn't evaporate/dry or clean as well as if it would with hot water. I would not buy again. And it leaks. Heat shouldn't be part of the name if there is no heating involved. The instructions say fill with hot tap water... :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd little green machine in 20 years. My kids used the last 2 to clean their vehicles. I use it to clean spots from my carpets and throw rugs. I have never had a problem with any of my machines. My work place bought a hoover spot cleaner that I use but I checked reviews on the hoover and they weren't good. Bissell is a name I can trust
