I would research other brands more before buying again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this product. So I can only speak to first impressions and so far I have only used it on my cream colored couch. So first things first, I will try this on carpet and maybe it works a little better but I think Proheat should be removed from the name. There is no heat, no warmth, the water is cold/lukewarm at best. Most of the reason I wanted this product was due to that factor. Your essentially spraying on cleaner then using a wet dry vac to suck it up. The suction is also extremely poor. You would think a vacuum company would at least be able to do that. The design is also poor. Either wheels should have been added or it should have been designed to be less bottom heavy. Every time you move it slightly while cleaning it topples over. Not a big deal, but definitely a design flaw that could have been easily corrected. I have been cleaning since the age of 8. I have cleaned professionally and take great joy in cleaning personally. I would not recommend this product to anyone. They were almost there but not quite.

Returning, will not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, liked that water stayed warm. When I removed dirty water tank it dumped all over my carpet and into machine motor and fan. After researching, the ring that is to lock on bottom was missing. Now I'm cleaning concentrated dirty (cat urine). Extremely disappointed.

Horrible design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought new, when assembling it I found that the button to hold the attachment on the hose is pushed down to where it will not hold the attachment. Returned it for a different one and it had the same problem. This is obviously a manufacturing problem that quality control is not catching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for "pro heat" thinking it would heat the water, not just take hot water you provide which other products do. "Heatwave Technology"? Yeh right. Marketing crap. Do not buy if expecting to have some type of heating with it. Waste of my time. Very upset I have to go return this now.

I like it because you don't have to lug around a big steam cleaner! My husband loves it because it's portable and he can clean his truck seats and rugs and doesn't have to pay for his truck to get detailed anymore!
