So, so disappointed!

Pro: 1. It has pretty good suction Cons: 1. The sprayer on the deep cleaner attachment wets everything in a 5 foot radius. 2. You LITERALLY have to empty the dirty water tank every 2 to 3 minutes. The tanks are very small, which is great for portability, but the return water tank will only fill about 1/6 of the way before you're forced to empty it. 3. There is no rinse feature. So you can wash everything (it took me an hour and a half to do three couch cushions and one arm)... and then you need to rinse the water tank out, fill it with clean water, and go over everything AGAIN to rinse. I have an 11-year-old Bissell full size upright that I have run into the ground. I love it.... I will be returning the SpotClean and saving up to buy another big one. Such a disappointment.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry for your disappointment. If you are using the Deep Reach Tool make sure to spray in the carpet fibers not on top. This tool is designed to get a good clean deep down in the carpet. Your comments will be forwarded for possible future changes.

this p[roduct is horrible it is all plastic including the hose which is stiff to use the tank has very little capacity most misserable machine I have ever owned

Bought this item to clean the upholstery

I enjoyed the easy, convenient, and quick results with using this small portable machine. It comes with cleaners already that you need to run and all you do is add hot water and get to cleaning. You do have to empty the waste before running out of cleaner but the easy to empty design makes it effortless to dispose of. I love the fresh smell the cleaner leaves.

Low Capacity for solution & dirty water

This machine cleans well, and works as advertised but it is much too small to be useful. A larger model and saves trips to the sink to refill and empty. The Little Green would be a better purchase if your cleaning is for any mess larger than a footprint.

I requested this for Xmas and used it a few weeks later when the cat threw up on new carpet. It is very easy to fill and drain both tanks and that's what I wanted. The suction was great, the stain was totally removed and I love it.

Easy to use for small areas

I have always had dogs and decided I would always have a carpet cleaner as long as I owned dogs. I have owned two full size Bissel machines in the past, but decided to get a small one for small stains. I have only used it once, but I can tell you that it does the job and does it well. Very good investment. Will be great to do stairs, etc.

Great Job

Used only once. It did an outstanding job of removing some old stains that we found when we moved some furniture. Didn't matter whether it was food, drink or pets. All were totally removed and when the carpet dried and we vacuumed, you could not tell there had been any stains. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with pets. I am sure the cleaning solutions were a big part of the success.

Great Product!

We have a cat and a dog and the dog goes inside and out. Sometimes when he comes in and lays down his muddy paws like to leave imprints on our carpet. This spot cleaner works great! With the Bissell soap and OXYboost it gets the dirt and stain right out as if nothing even happened! It's easy to use, light weight, and works great!
