No Heat! Ok for doggy mess spots but that's about it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used it for car mats and dorm room spots. I bought it because it said "Pro Heat" right there on the front. I should've know better as I am in the cleaning business and a heated extractor will cost no less than $700.00 but it's a Bissell and I needed something right away. Pure disappointment when I saw it wasn't a heated unit. It's also a lie that it keeps the warm water warm. This isn't going to happen without a heating element. C'mon Bissell, don't say it's "Pro Heat" and there is no heat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HeatWave Technology uses the heat from the motor to provide a constant source of heat to help maintain water temperature throughout the cleaning process. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works okay, but just spilled all the vacuumed liquid from the container everywhere because it's not self contained. Seriously poor design. Ugh

The cleaner was easy to use, light enough to carry around to different stain locations, and easy to clean it when finished. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only used this once so far on my car seat. Spilled buffalo sauce in the seat. Car smelled of it. Putting it together was easy. Water and cleaner measurement is fail proof. It worked beyond what I expected. You can see all the dirt from the lower part of my car seats (driver and passenger) going into brush and into tank. When spring rolls around I will use it on all my car seats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have 3 dogs. This is much easier for me to carry from room to room. Gave my larger portable bissell to my daughter. Works very well and has not leaked yet. Have had it about two months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It leaks a lot. I couldn't tell exactly where, but its near the bottom near the hose & fan. The containers leaks as well. The dirty side leak the most, which is nasty; I literally have to hold the entire machine over the toilet to detach the container. I have to quickly flip the clean side when detaching so it wont spill; it leaks through the plug. Dirty water was all over my floor and carpet. It added more work to what shouldve been simple.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
